Bad Block Buster, no donut

*sigh* the Block Buster in Scotts Valley just sucks. They just keep screwing up getting stuff checked in, then they blame us. If you don’t walk it in you are SOL. Twice now the district manager has failed to call us about the issues, so corporate redress is out the window. Their whole org is just lame and lacks customer account ability. Time to vote with our wallet and go somewhere else.
Yeah if we take the time to hassle with them the charges get taken off etc, but they just make it so annoying and their process is totally broken and they simple refuse to fix it or even directly address the problems (probable knowing that some will just shrug and and pay the extra dollar now and then). I guess I’ll go check out the big red box dvd rental kiosk. I wonder what it would take to get them to stick 360 games in that thing

Before anyone advocates, we already have NetFlicks and have been big supports for years but some times it’s nice for for the Girls to just grab something and I like to to check out games I’m not sure about and Netflicks is no good for either of those things (I hate gamefly, their distrobution scheme is hopelessly slow and they cost to much IMO).

Still getting all the RSS feeds together and getting various platforms to talk is um challenging but seems to be mostly working now. Sorry about the feeds when bringing them in I had no way to set a forward from date.
